               On page 1, Section 4g, line 12, by striking out the words “$200 plus 3.7%” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “$100 plus 3.5%”;

And,

               On page 1, Section 4g, line 13, by striking out the words “$755 plus 4.2%”” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “$625 plus 4.0%”;

And,

               On page 1, Section 4g, line 14, by striking out the words “$2,485 plus 5.5%” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “$1,225 plus 5.4%“;
